Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice

Duties to include:

Dispensing of medication to patients Over counter sales of non-prescription medication Check and monitor prescription slips Health & Safety Responsibility Observing COVID Restrictions and Guidelines Use of Patient Record Systems and use of smart card Data Entry relating to medication Labelling and Dispensing Accuracy and Attention to detail Numerate Working within a team environment Liaison with Doctors surgery and health professionals

Training:

Training to be provided:

Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) End-Point Assessment (EPA) In-house training

Training Outcome:
Possible full-time permanent role for the right person or further potential for other training such as a Level 3 Pharmacy Technician apprenticeship

Employer Description:
We are a newly bought pharmacy, located on Fulham Palace Road. Our first pharmacy is located in South Ealing (South Ealing Pharmacy). After many positive patient reviews, we decided to expand with Fulham Palace Pharmacy to spread our efficient, helpful and clinical service.

Working Hours :
Shifts to be confirmed - Monday - Saturday.
