IT Apprenticeship
Establish and diagnose ICT issues: Working with 3rd software tools you will be able to diagnose and resolve customer technical faults
Testing and troubleshooting software and hardware: Diagnose and resolve customer technical faults, driving timely and effective fault resolution.
Working with a ticketing system: Ensuring all calls, emails are logged accurately and escalate requests as needed
Communicating with clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focus on consistent and clear communication, deeply understanding client needs
Install and configure software and hardware: Working as part of a team, you will be installing hardware and configuring software to meet the client’s needs.
