Role Overview

A leading hotel management organization is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee 6–10 full-service and lifestyle hotels across the Western U.S. This hands-on, field-oriented role focuses on driving financial performance, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor General Managers to achieve revenue, profitability, and service goals.Oversee daily operations, P&L management, and compliance with standards.Support portfolio growth, including new property integrations.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

8–12+ years in multi-property or regional hotel operations leadership.Experience with full-service, lifestyle, or upper-upscale hotels.Strong financial acumen and proven ability to drive results.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Based within 2 hours of San Diego; frequent travel required.
