Engineering and Manufacturing Support Apprentice
In this role, you will:
Support the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes Assist the production team with troubleshooting and process optimisation Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Gain hands-on experience with manufacturing tools, equipment, and software Work alongside quality control teams and support process improvement projects Learn how to maintain accurate quality records and follow control procedures Be assigned a mentor while working on-site for guidance and development Collaborate with professionals across engineering, Plant Management, and Customers Focus on delivering high standards in cost, quality, and on-time delivery Follow and promote all Health and Safety proceduresHealth & Safety:
Promote and support the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies throughout the department and plantTraining:
This is a 4 year apprenticeship, where you will achieve a Level 3 Engineering Technician qualification You will attend the training centre, In-Comm Training Services in Telford TF3 3AJ, full time for the first 7 months, followed by 4 days at the company and 1 day at the training centre for the remainder of the apprenticeship
Training Outcome:
There is no end to the possibilities of what the future will bring once you have completed your apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Friday, 8.30am - 2.00pm. This role will move into a shift pattern.
