Business Administrator Apprenticeship
•Using IT including Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
•Organising both internal and external meetings.
•Taking minutes and internal and external meetings
•Project based work – working on tenders, pricing, progress, and completion of projects
•Using Sage200 and Eque2Construct
•Creating and sending sub-contract orders
•Using bespoke systems
•Delegating work to other members of the office
•Planning and organising events
•Producing letters
•Dealing with potential customer issues/complaints
•Compiling Operation and Maintenance manuals for projects
•Internal customer service – liaising with contracts managers
•Making and receiving phone calls
•Writing and responding to emails
•Electronic and hard filing
•Using tender portals to accept/decline opportunities to tender and download any documents.
Purchasing
•Ordering uniform/liaising with suppliers
Training Outcome:
Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available
