Learning and developing the skills to successfully observe, monitor and record children's learning and development
Learn how to plan and carry out activities to encourage children's progress
Develop the skills to communicate and engage with children effectively to support their learning journey
Gain the skills needed to provide a safe and nurturing environment
Learn the importance of following policies and procedures within the setting
Liaise with colleagues, parents / carers and other professionals
Be able to use your own initiative
Daily room checks, maintaining high levels of cleanliness
Training:
Includes regular training with a college or other training organisation
Training Outcome:
Can go progress to become further qualified in the area.
