IT Technical Sales Apprentice
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Key Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of our product and service offerings Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through research and outreach Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service Learn how to handle customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and technical support Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM systemTraining:
IT Technical Salesperson Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
All training will be delivered online by Wise Origin, offering flexible, expert-led instruction with interactive sessions and digital resources.
This ensures apprentices can develop their skills while balancing work commitments.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm.
