Contracts and Renewals Apprentice
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive and efficient administrative support Collating documentation, setting up and administering contract review meetings Information gathering to support the award and renewal of contracts You will also assist the Contract Manager and the Senior Licensing and Renewals officer in maintaining a roadmap for contract and subscription renewals and following procurement and compliance guidelinesTraining:
15 months practical training period, plus 3 months for End Point Assessment
Delivery model:
Work-based training with your employer 10 days college attendance to complete the Business Professionals course Approximately 12 on-site assessment visits per year Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (7 days at college for each, if required) Off the job training will count for at least 6 hours a week of an apprentice’s time at workQualifications included:
Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths Level 3 Business Administration ApprenticeshipEnd Point Assessment:
Knowledge test Portfolio based interviewTraining Outcome:
After you have successfully completed your Apprenticeship, you will have gained valuable workplace experience and attained a qualification which will improve your chances of moving into a role within the Council or with another employer.

We are open to discussions about flexible working, which can include flexi-time, full time and part time working, job sharing, nine-day fortnights and annualised hours, depending on the requirements of the role and the service.
