Business Support Administrator Apprentice
You will learn how to co-ordinate responses to enquiries and requests from initial contact with customers, all within the allocated time frame
Using internal bespoke systems, you will research information, collate data and present findings
Regularly, you will provide business administration support to senior managers and officers within the ISEND team
Working alongside our experienced staff, you will be helping to arrange meetings and undertake administrative tasks before and after the meeting. It will be key for you to attend panel meetings to learn how to note take and support the chair with capturing actions to be followed up
Training:
Throughout your 18-month apprenticeship, we will allocate you a workplace mentor to give you guidance and support in completing your Level 3 Business Administration, which requires weekly day release learning at South Gloucestershire and Stroud (SGS) College, Filton Avenue, Filton, Bristol, BS34 7AT
Training Outcome:
Should a hay graded post advertise, you will be encouraged to apply and given support so you have the highest chance to secure a position but there is no guarentee
