Engineering Apprentice
Carry out equipment Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) under supervision
Equipment breakdown support and minimising downtime activities, under supervision
Implement Corrective And Preventative Actions (CAPA)
Provide support for general site facilities maintenance, under supervision
Updating of SOPs and WRKs
Support small capital expenditure projects
Undertake such other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time to support the department and business activities
Training:
Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
The apprentice will train within the workplace with a designated Engineering mentor 4 days per week The apprentice will study 1 day per week at Leeds City College - Print Works CampusTraining Outcome:
A full-time permananent contract is highly likely upon completion of the apprenticeship
