Maintenance Engineering Apprentice
The apprentice will be shadowing a qualified multi skilled engineer. Learning all aspects of the machinery from an electrical and mechanical perspective
Working on low and high voltage electrical systems
Pneumatics
Steam/boilers
Hydraulics
PLC’s and controls
Carrying out preventative maintenance
Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date for ISO and customer audits
Training:
Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Level 3.
Training Outcome:
To become a qualified Maintenance Engineer working on bespoke equipment.
Employer Description:
A team of 9 other maintenance engineers within a laundry environment.
Working Hours :
Year 1 - 08:00 till 16:30 with 30-minutes lunch break. Years 2 + Potential for AM and PM shifts to be confirmed Occasional overtime work on Saturday AM Exact working days and hours TBC
