IT Technical Sales Apprentice
Answer calls and provide excellent customer support
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Reply to customer messages and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
Manage customer feedback professionally
Ensure all products are in stock and listed correctly to maximise sales
Maintain and update drop-ship product listings with accurate delivery times
Support the team with other essential business tasks as needed
Training:
IT Technical Salesperson Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
All training will be delivered online by Wise Origin, offering flexible, expert-led instruction with interactive sessions and digital resources This ensures apprentices can develop their skills while balancing work commitmentsTraining Outcome:
