Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

This will all take place on site at St. Martins Gate Surgery It will be a mixxture of online and face to face tutorials and assessments

Training Outcome:
On successful completion of their apprenticeship there may be the opportunity for a full time permanent position and career progression within the organisation

Employer Description:
A friendly medical practice based across 2 sites. The main site is St. Martin's Gate at Turnpike House, situated at the bottom of Newtown Road. We have a branch surgery, which is located near to Tesco at St. Peter's. We aim to offer the highest level of medical care for the whole family. Patients are free to choose which doctor they wish to see for their routine appointments.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm 20 minute lunch break each day
