IT Technician Apprentice

As an IT apprentice, you’ll be working closely with the Head of IT to offer technological support to Bromley Football Club and Bromley Football Academy.

This role requires a keen interest in IT and the ability to work flexibly. You will be working closely with both the Club and Academy and therefore must be able to accommodate their requirements as requested.

We work to a high standard of support and after training you’ll be responsible for the quality of information logged into our call management system. You will need to accurately log all support tickets raised whether by email, phone or in person.

We expect you to be self-motivated, efficient and well-organised with a keen eye for detail. You’ll be IT-literate with skills in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Specific duties will include (but aren’t limited to);

Timely and accurate logging of user issues into the call management system Recognising when a call is urgent and escalating it accordingly Working as part of a team, whilst remaining self-motivated in managing your own workload Consistently demonstrating excellent customer service when dealing with users

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

ICT (Information Communications Technician) level 3 apprenticeship standard You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills Your training will include gaining a level 3 IT qualification

Training Outcome:

Potential for permanent role after completion of an apprenticeship for the right candidate.

Bromley Football Club is a professional association football club based in Bromley, Greater London, England. They are currently members of EFL League Two. Bromley play their home matches at Hayes Lane.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm).
