Supporting Learning:
Assist the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and activities Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils, helping them to engage with the curriculum and develop their skills Facilitate the inclusion of all pupils in classroom activities, ensuring that they feel valued and supportedBehaviour Management:
Help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment by promoting good behaviour and discipline Implement strategies to support pupils in managing their emotions and behaviours effectivelyCommunication:
Foster open communication with pupils, parents, and staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing Prepare and maintain educational resources and materials for lessonsMonitoring Progress:
Assist in assessing and recording pupils' progress, providing feedback to the teacher on individual and group performance Support the implementation of individual learning plans for pupils with additional needsProfessional Development:
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in supporting teaching and learning Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of the Key Stage 1 curriculumTraining:
You will work towards your Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification across a total duration of 16 months! Training provider: LMP Group: https://lmp-group.co.uk/ All online/remote learning, no classroom or college day release An allocated tutor will support you throughout the apprenticeship!

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm, 32.5 hours per week + Term-time only
