Property Maintenance Apprentice

• Conducting regular checks and maintenance tasks to ensure properties are in good condition

• Performing minor planned and responsive repair works, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and painting

• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and building safety standards

• Providing high levels of customer service and dealing with maintenance issues promptly

Training:

This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our construction campus (NG17). This attendance is required during term time only.

Training Outcome:

Potentially full time and permanent employment upon completing apprentice successfully.

Employer Description:
At L&M Interiors, you’ll find a one stop shop where we provide everything you need for your new kitchen, bathroom or tiling project, including any building work, plastering, tiling, plumbing and electricals. We’re very proud to be Checkatrade approved contractors and we’ll manage the whole project for you from start to finish so you don’t need to do anything but look forward to using your new space when we’re done.

Working Hours :
Mon to Fri 8am - 4pm.
