Apprentice Senior Production Chef

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. Managing kitchen operations and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. Learning to lead and motivate junior staff while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. Helping with stock control, ordering, and maintaining cost-effective production. Working closely with our Head Chef and wider team to deliver excellent service.

Training:
Working onsite 30 hours a week spread over 5 days. 

Training Outcome:
Level 4, moving into head chef postion, and eventually running your own site.
