Design and manufacture detail tooling, jigs and fixtures for the aerospace industry
Design & manufacture tooling for both sheet metal and composite airframers
Design & manufacture tooling for Engine manufacturers
Design & manufacture tooling for Electric motor assembly & dis-assembly
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Tool care which includes Fault diagnosis and repair activities
Training:
The successful apprentice will be enrolled on the Engineering Technical apprenticeship
Apprenticeship to start in September

G Parker Engineering principally design & manufacture detail tooling, jigs and fixtures for the aerospace industry. We design & manufacture tooling for both sheet metal and composite airframers and engine manufacturers.

G Parker Engineering has been closely involved in designing & manufacturing tooling for many of the world's most prestigious aircraft programmes, including all Airbus platforms, and notably the Eclipse and Honda VLJ programmes.
Based in Accrington, Lancashire, the company's' team of highly skilled engineers and designers offer a vast wealth of aerospace tooling knowledge to its clients.
We have the capacity, capability and experience to project manage a complete tooling solution for our clients manufacturing processes.
Working Hours :
7am to 4:45pm Monday to Thursday with a 30-min unpaid meal break. 37-hours per week.
