Maintenance Technician | Amsterdam | €33,000 per year

I am looking for a skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a collection of serviced apartments and short-stay properties in Amsterdam. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and presented to a high standard.

Your Experience

Previous experience in hotel, property, or facilities maintenanceCompetence in general repairs including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical workAbility to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sitesFluent in English; Dutch language skills a plus

Your Responsibilities

Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance tasks across assigned buildingsRespond quickly to maintenance issues reported by staff or guestsSupport health and safety standards through regular inspectionsKeep clear records of maintenance work and materials used
