Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Bristol & Surrounding Areas - Up to £45,000 

CBW are currently looking for an Electrical Van Mobile Engineer to join a leading building services provider, responsible for the maintenance of circa 10 commercial buildings across the Bristol and M4 area. 

The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ qualified) with proven experience in commercial building maintenance, carrying out both PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive works on electrical and mechanical systems, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems.

This is a mobile role, and you will be responsible for attending multiple sites throughout the week.

Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm MaintenanceCarry out PPM's & Reactive maintenanceAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc)Tap TempsEnsuring log books are kept up to dateEscorting specialist sub contractorsAssisting other engineersOffering technical supportHours of work
Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pmRequirements
