Operations Director

We are seeking an Operations Director to join a structural steel and architectural metalwork contractor at their office near Uxbridge, West London. This is a senior, pivotal role overseeing all operational functions for a company with a £7 million annual steelwork turnover.

Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8:00 – 17:00 (Office Based)
Salary Package: £70,000 – £90,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Office near Uxbridge (West London)
Key Duties:

Overseeing and coordinating all critical departments across the business. Acting as the key liaison between the Projects, Workshop, Commercial, Accounts, and Design offices. Driving efficiency and managing the delivery of structural steel and architectural metalwork packages.

Requirements:

Proven senior-level experience in operations or general management, ideally within the structural steelwork or architectural metalwork sector. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills. Strong commercial and project delivery acumen.
