Fleet Mechanic

In the Mechanic job, you will be:

Servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, plant, and equipmentDiagnosing faults and carry out repairs, including electric vehicles
Supporting roadside breakdowns and recovery within the countyCompleting job records, parts orders and documentationCarrying out pre-MOT inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards

To be successful in the Fleet Mechanic job, you will need:

Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Mechanics
Class B driving licence (additional categories a bonus)
Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and technical skills
Knowledge of Health & Safety, PUWER and LOLER regulationsAbility to work independently or as part of a team

What’s on offer:

£14.48 per hour + holiday's and weekly pay
Ongoing temporary role
Full time - 37 hours per week
Based in Mochdre, Colwyn Bay
