Head of Operations - Event Caterer, London, £60k-£70k + Bonus (Maternity Cover)

We’re seeking a Head of Operations to lead the delivery of exceptional service for a growing London event caterer, covering a a 12 Month Maternity Contract. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader with a passion for excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.      

The Role:

Oversee day-to-day operations including logistics, staffing, and event executionLead the successful delivery of complex, high-profile events from planning through to deliveryDrive operational efficiency by refining systems, processes, and resource managementManage, support, and develop cross-functional operations teamsBuild strong relationships with clients, venue partners, and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with health & safety, sustainability, and brand standards at every touchpoint

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in senior operations within events, catering, or hospitalityCommercially savvy with a focus on cost control and consistent deliveryInspirational leadership, strong communication, and a problem solving mindsetResilient, adaptable, and thrives in high-pressure environments
