Job Title: Head Housekeeper – Luxury Hospitality Group - London

Salary: Up to £38,000

Location: London

We are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to join this Luxury Hospitality Group. You will be responsible for providing both strategic and hands-on leadership in directing the housekeeping operations to ensure the department achieves its goals and effectively contributes to the guest experience whilst maintaining high standards.

                                                                        

About the position

Ensure that the rooms and the public areas are cleaned to the highest levelsOversee the housekeeping team and ensure that they check all the roomsManage the preparation of the rooms and allocate roles to the teamProvide excellent customer service to guestsEnsure that stock levels are correctImplement procedures to improve the overall operations

The successful candidate

Previous experience in luxury hospitality would helpGood communication skills in English (written and verbal)Experience in managing a housekeeping teamSomeone who is well organised and willing to go the extra mile
