Your Role as a Graduate Engineer Will Include:

Working site-based Monday to Friday on live construction projects (typically a few months per rotation). Supporting the delivery of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works on complex data centre builds. Gaining exposure to all stages of the project, from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. Following a structured training and development programme with a clear route to senior roles.

As A Graduate Engineer, You Will Have:

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline. A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from senior leaders in the field. A willingness to travel extensively—an EU passport is preferred due to mobility requirements.
