THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are working with an award-winning property agency who are leaders in their field and have just been awarded the UK leading property group. They are now on the lookout for a Property Team Leader to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have experience managing properties and a team and ideally will have student lettings experience. This is a brilliant opportunity and not one to be missed.

THE ROLE:

Managing 1-1s and reviews for a team. Supporting and delivering structured training and coaching. Ensure compliance is up to date Build strong relationships with landlords Manage a portfolio Report on weekly figures to senior management

THE PERSON:

Must have at least 3 years’ experience working within a property team leader/management role Management experience Ideally will have experience within student lettings Must have experience with Microsoft systems including PowerPoint
