Estimator Apprentice

Assisting and providing support to senior team members Reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications Take-off quantities from drawings via on-screen take-off software Document management Internal processes for preparing and submitting tenders Price bill of quantities and full estimates

Training:

Construction Quantity Surveyor (degree) Apprenticeship:

Training to be delivered through London South Bank University or a comparable provider on a one-day a week/day release arrangement

Training Outcome:
Expected career progression after apprenticeship is either a fully-fledged Estimator or Quantity Surveyor with further potential progression to Commercial Manager

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, between 8.30am to 5.00pm. One day a week at university.
