The kitchen porter’s main responsibilities are to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness alongside assisting with all departments of the kitchen.

Assist a chef as requiredUnderstanding of kitchen equipmentPositive and approachable mannerTeam player qualitiesEnthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around youHelp with routine food prep when needed.Good organizational skillsTo follow guidance from Senior chefReceiving stock and deliveries and organising them in the kitchen
