Executive Head Chef
Location: Ayrshire, Scotland
Salary: Up to £50k depending upon experience
Our client is a luxury 5 Red Star hotel situated in Scotland.
Due to rapid growth they are looking for an Executive Head Chef to help them progress and gain further accolades.
Our client is looking for an Executive Head Chef who will take this Relais & Chateaux back to 4AA Rosettes and a Michelin Star whilst providing good quality bistro style alternative.
The Executive Head Chef will be someone who will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen.
You will also work closely with management including cooking, menu planning, order, rotas and much more!
* This will either suit an experienced Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef, perhaps from a Michelin Star establishment, looking to move up.
* Those who would like to relocate may also apply.
