Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Victoria. CBW is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer ideally with a current LV qualification (Expired is OK) to be based across circa 16 sites within a team of 9 engineers, all of which are within 1 square mile and walking distance from one another. 

He or she will be required to carry out Electrical & Mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below.  In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, overtime and the chance to work across very unique and interesting sites.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastKnowledge of UPS systems, including switch-over panels BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Maintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Monitor the BMS systemsGeneral building fabricHIU Knowledge (Beneficial) Escort specialist subcontractorsHours of work
Monday to Friday (40 hour week)08:00am to 17:00pm Requirements
Electrically qualified (Minimum of Level 3) - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesLVAP QualificationA proven track record in commercial or property maintenanceInstallation experienceExcellent customer service skillsHappy to cover a large siteHonest, hard-working working and reliablePackage
