About the Role
We are recruiting a Chef de Cuisine to join the opening team of a new fine dining restaurant in Naples, Florida. Working alongside the Executive Chef, you’ll run the kitchen day to day and ensure consistent delivery of dishes to the highest standards.
This is an exciting chance to help build a kitchen culture from the ground up, in a city known for its beaches, elegant lifestyle, and growing food scene.
What We’re Looking For
Experience as Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef in fine dining or Michelin-recognised kitchensConfident in managing service, delegating, and coaching junior chefsAbility to maintain standards under pressure while driving consistencySkilled in sourcing, prep, and presentation with attention to detailTeam-focused with good communication skillsWhat’s on Offer
