Learning & Organisational Development Apprentice
You will support our Learning and Organisational Development Team, gaining experience across 5 specialist areas, including Learning Experience, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, Wellbeing and Apprenticeships.
You will contribute to projects that have organisational wide impact, ranging from design to events planning and cohort management.
Training:
The apprenticeship programme will be delivered via online sessions.
Training Outcome:
On completion of the apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to apply for a role within Housing 21.

Working Hours :
35 hours per week or 70 hours over 2 weeks (9 day fortnight). Monday to Friday. The role is home based, with the requirement to work from our head office in Birmingham and travel across our geography as required.
