HR Administrator apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference/DBS/Right to Work checks Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientations and facilitating training Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations Benefit Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations specific to the Social Care and Mental Health sector Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR-related issues in a timely and confidential manner Training and Development: Support the organisation's training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staffTraining:
HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard Functional skills in maths & English if required On the job training at company Training monthly at training providers location in Birmingham City Centre
Training Outcome:
Full-time employment upon successful achievement of apprenticeship.
