IT Support Apprentice
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our network engineering department as an apprentice.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points). Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VoIP telephony systems (on-premises and cloud-based). Provide desktop support to end-users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity. Assist with onsite installation of cables and accessories as part of network deployment. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation. Assist the help desk with resolving IT support tickets when necessary.Training:

Training Outcome:
90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship.
Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
