Level 4 Network Engineer Apprentice
Planning and carrying out project work
Network equipment installations (routers, switches, cabling)
CCTV installations
VoIP system installations
VoIP server management
Providing on-site and remote technical support
Installing, upgrading, and repairing hardware both onsite and in our fully equipped workshop
Answering phones and updating tickets
Active Directory management
Microsoft Entra ID/Azure management
Microsoft 365 management for multiple tenants
Training:
Network Engineer Level 4.
The training schedule will be carried out at work, and via a series of online courses and resources, including several live events throughout the apprenticeship with other learners.
Training Outcome:
Once the apprenticeship has been completed, we always look to keep apprentices on as fully qualified engineers! There are many paths that you could take after the apprenticeship, however this would need to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Working Hours :
A regular 9am - 5.30pm workday, rare occurrences being 8am - 4.30pm depending on client needs.
