Your role will include:
Studying alongside working in our nursery, following the (EYFS) curriculum. Observing qualified staff when they observe, assess and record children’s progression Attending staff meetings Plan and ensure you keep on top of your studies to complete the Early Years Qualification Assisting the team with cleaning, organisational and food preparation tasks at the setting as instructed by our nursery manager Develop an understanding of good child-care practices Develop the ability to provide safe, creative and stimulating play Willingness to learn and undertake regular training to develop CPD To follow any duties as required or requested by the manager Ability to observe and record regular reports on children’s developmentBenefits include:

This involves regular catchups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.
This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12-month apprenticeship you will have gained; Early Years Practitioner - Level 2.
Training Outcome:
Possibility of a full-time role after the completion of the apprenticeship.
