Apprentice Financial Advisor
To investigate unallocated cash and to respond to purchase ledger supplier queries
To be the main point of contact to resolve queries and to liaise with suppliers
To be responsible for petty cash, reconciling it on a weekly basis
To process weekly supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders
To check price, product and quantity matches with purchase order
To check and reconcile supplier statements
To file invoices and statements
To chase relevant paperwork
To complete general admin duties, photocopying, posting supplier invoices, statements
Provide general admin and finance support to the finance team ensuring that all work is in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company
Training:
The business administrator apprenticeship programme is designed to help you become an excellent contributor towards operational efficiencies within a business
This will include interacting with both internal and external customers in a professional way, as well as applying skills learned throughout the programme within a business environment
The programme will include various workshops to aid with your development throughout, alongside mentoring, reflection logs, PDP and much more
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will achieve:

As well as undertaking a relevant apprenticeship at either level 2 or level 3 you will build up specific job knowledge, skills and responsibility and gain a qualification. You will develop excellent work experience, understand how a business works and develop other work-related skills, including communication, problem solving, IT, customer service and working to deadlines. Your day to day will include supporting the co-ordination of efficient administration duties to the Sales Order Processing department. You will be expected to display a positive outlook, have a strong focus on doing the right thing for the customer, displaying energy and tenacity.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
