Content Creator Apprentice

Create Engaging Video Content: Produce high-quality short-form videos for social media stories and reels, as well as longer-form content for YouTube and our website Video Editing: Edit and repurpose video content to ensure it is engaging and suitable for different platforms and mediums Comfortable On-Camera: Present and feature in video content to engage with our audience in an authentic and relatable way Social Media Management: Participate in the delivery of our social media strategy, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics Storytelling: Interview young people, volunteers, and staff to capture and share their stories in an authentic and inspiring way Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our programs and events Collaborate: Work closely with our communications team and other departments to ensure consistent and impactful messaging

Training:

Content Creator Level 3.

Whilst the majority of training will take place with the employer, there will be occasional attendance required at Cirencester College.



Training Outcome:

The apprenticeship will last for 21-months (including 3-months for assessment, meeting the apprenticeship requirements). We cannot provide employment after this period, but you will have a transferrable qualification you will be able to use to progress your career in a range of sectors.

Working Hours :
Core business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm however due to the nature and pressing need of our work weekend and evening work may be required. Monday - College/study day Lunch - 30-mins between 12:30pm - 1:00pm
