Customer Service, Marketing & Sales Apprentice

Take customer orders and handle enquiries over the phone Assist with on line resolutions Perform general administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, filing) Support with managing customer accounts and communication Participate in design tasks, including basic graphic design work Assist in maintaining office organisation and workflow Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with client Learn and adapt to the fast-paced office environment

Training:
Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice. The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training. On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the workplace.

Training Outcome:
A full time permanent position once apprenticeship is completed and a foot in the door to an exciting fast paced industry
