• Communicate with customers and meet their various needs
• Selling products or services to customers, and representing the brand
• Advice customers on products or service issues
• Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels , such as email,phone ,text, and social media
• Devising new sales strategies to increase profits
• Being available to customers to answer queries or respond to complaints
• Motivating the sales team
• Setting sales targets
• Reporting in sales activity
• Managing the sales budget

Working Hours :
Employee works full time four days of the week with employer and a day with the training provider ,which makes it five days of the week.Monday to thursday 9am to 5pm shifts, may work evenings and weekends and any other day with the training provider.
