Advanced Apprenticeship - Business Administrator (Level 3)
Producing documents and process maps.
Ensuring document and data accuracy.
Create and maintain information accurately onto various IT platforms.
Scheduling meetings and preparing minutes.
Effectively liaise with internal and external customers through various communication methods in response to their queries.
Identify and deliver process improvement initiatives improving customer experience and efficiencies.
Work within Government regulated guidelines and timeframes.
Administration support and project work involvement.
