Provide technical assistance to our colleagues
Adopt a friendly, engaging and “can do” approach to all Bromford colleagues
Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
To answer and provide technical support to Bromford colleges via phone email or remote assistance, providing first time fix resolution

L3 Digital support technician Apprenticeship Standard
Training Outcome:
Fully qualified and experienced Tech Support Assistant role
