Document Control Apprentice

• Checking and gaining approval of documents before they are filed and distributed.
• Maintain the project filing system and prepare documents for digital storage/archiving as appropriate.
• Support team members in maintaining the smooth running of the administration function.
• Requesting files in various digital formats
• To provide administrative support to the technical and project teams
• Coordination with the different departments of HS2 and external consultants
• Following document processes on various digitals platforms, Microsoft Suites, ASITE & ALIM
• Communicate professionally with all stakeholders.



Training:

Your training will primarily take place in the workplace or on a remote basis with the training provider.

You will have 1 day a week dedicated purely towards undertaking your apprenticeship training, which will include 1-to-1 session with tutorials, research tasks, and any time spent dedicating towards producing evidence to cover the relevant knowledge, skills, and behaviours required within the apprenticeship.



Training Outcome:

You will transition into a full-time qualified member of staff, with further opportunities for CPD as part of the performance management process, as well as one relevant professional membership annually.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm 4 days in the workplace, 1 day dedicated remote study
