Receptionist/Administration/Customer Service Apprentice

Meeting the varying demands/situations in respect of the patients Take part in the range of general receptionist duties as
needed Flexibly contribute to all the receptionist’s workload as
directed by the manager Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy and safe,
and provide a welcoming appearance to patients and
visitors Team player with the ability to be flexible in which hours
you work from week-to-week and be willing to work above
the stated hours if needed Demonstrate self-organisation and flexibility and the ability
to prioritise workload, working to strict deadlines To communicate with staff and visitors daily, providing
support where required and working to help resolve any
issues To record and securely store information relating to
confidential matters and enquiries

Training:

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the
workplace

Training Outcome:
There may be an opportunity to join the team on a permanent
basis once the apprenticeship has been completed

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, shifts to be confirmed. The medical practice opens at 8.00am until 6.45pm every day the working hours will be agreed at the interview to be flexible.
