Business admin Apprentice
The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, the role of business administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The flexibility and responsiveness required allows the apprentice to develop a wide range of skills.
The apprentice will undertake a range of administration tasks which support the services offered by Unic International.
To carry out supervised administrative work which supports the work of the department the apprentice is assigned to. To develop competence using a variety of different IT packages to enter, edit and update information. To Maintains records and files, handles confidential information in compliance with the organisation's procedures To participate in monitoring and maintaining Outlook mailboxes. To update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required. Produces accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals where required. To deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms. Answers questions from inside and outside of the organisation, representing the organisation or department. To maintain and develop own knowledge and understanding, attending appropriate training and meetings, disseminating information across the team to and other relevant personnel.Training:

This apprenticeship is based in the workplace, you might have to attend college for exams.

Founded in 1982 by Geoff Croft the company started in the Basford area of Nottingham and is now located at a purpose-built factory in Colwick, Nottingham.
