Sales Support Apprentice

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Sales Activity:

Work with the sales team to generate enquiries through different internal and external marketing channels Generate meeting appointments for the sales team through prospecting activities including telephone calls to prospective target clients Collaborate with the sales team to prepare marketing collateral, proposals and agreements for prospective and existing clients

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with customers to address enquiries and provide product, service and account information Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions

Administrative Support:

Working with third party creative partners to prepare marketing materials across digital and print platforms Co-ordinate logistics for sales meetings, including scheduling appointments Assist in managing the sales funnel and pipeline and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with relevant information

Training:
The successful candidate will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship Standard in Customer Service Level 3 A dedicated work-based trainer will be assigned to the candidate to provide them with support and guidance throughout the course This is a predominently work-based programme with College attendance required once a month All learning will take place at the candidate's place of employment/College and within their contracted working hours

Training Outcome:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly self-motivated Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office Suite (ideal but not necessity) Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service
