Accurately input/import new debt files into our database, paying meticulous attention to detail to prevent errors or discrepancies. Ensure files are loaded within agreed SLA’s. Check and upload new business (and other types of data) onto the system Validate data accuracy Review and confirm potential linking matches suggested by the system Meet strict assigned SLAs and targets Diagnose and resolve data mapping issues when uploading new work files Respond to alerts and complete tasks General administration tasks including processing forms, scanning and filing Ensure processes are executed efficiently, in a standard and consistent way Other relevant duties or regular tasks as requiredTraining:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will provide a mixture of interactive online group teaching and 1-1 training monthly.

Working Hours :
