Apprentice Business Administrator
Key responsibilities:
Duties of a Customer Accounts Apprentice can include any or all the following:
Setting up of new customer accounts and maintaining existing account details Reconciliation of customer statements Filing invoices Data entry Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries Maintaining strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessaryThe Ideal Candidate:
Excellent communication skills Solid team working skills Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature Experienced in Excel and Microsoft Knowledge of software QuickBooks and Sage is advantageous Ability to work to deadlinesThis is a full-time role, and we are especially prepared to invest in someone who is local and interested in a long term career.
Training:
Velocity apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, they will provide the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace and to expand future career prospects.
Throughout the apprenticeship, learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their programme.
Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Business Administration qualification, with training in how to:
Use multiple IT packages and systems in order to write letters/emails, perform financial processes and analyse data Produce accurate records and documents including emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals Exercise proactivity and good judgement, in order to make effective decisions based on sound reasoning Plan and organise a variety of different tasks in order to manage the expectations of colleagues at all levels Manage projects, including the use of tools to scope, plan, monitor and reportFor a full list of programme modules visit: https://velocity-pt.co.uk/
Training Outcome:

In 2002, the business found its happy place and forte in premium outdoor leisure, specialising in Hot Tubs and Swim Spas.
Working Hours :
9:00am – 5:00pm, Mon – Sat, 10am-4pm Sundays. 37.5 Hours – 5 days per week. Shifts TBC. The apprentice is required to work two Saturdays and Sundays per month at their convenience.
