Level 2 Paint Powder Coating Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
Apply powder coatings to components using electrostatic powder coating equipment Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including ovens and spray booths Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, and masking Ensure components are coated to the correct thickness and finish, adhering to industry and customer specifications Perform quality checks on coated components, using equipment such as Dry Film Thickness (DFT) measurement tools If trained to do so, handle and apply a variety of wet paint systems including multi-coat systems Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standardsTraining:
L2 Lean Manufacturing Operative standard All training will be site based at Washington After 18 months End Point Assessment will take place
Training Outcome:
Full time position upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday 7.30am - 4.30pm, Tuesday 7.30am - 4.30pm, Wednesday 7.30am - 4.30pm, Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm.
