Business Administration Apprentice
Main duties:
Communicate effectively with a range of customers at varying points in the service delivery cycle. This will include employers, college students, apprentices, parents, external agencies and internal departments Always take responsibility for customer service and be active in delivering a level of service that meets or exceeds expectations Effectively prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met and appropriately manage a varied workload Maintain a range of central electronic resources for all colleagues that are up to date and accurate Maintain up to date records and efficiently use a variety of administrative systems including manual filing systems, spreadsheets, databases, the college’s internal student tracking system, CRM and e-portfolio system Liaise with colleagues to administer apprenticeship vacancies and the recruitment processes. This includes high levels of co-ordination and liaison with employers and potential apprentices Use external agency systems including the National Apprenticeship Service, to advertise vacancies and administer the recruitment process efficiently Organise internal and external meetings as requested, and take minutes for colleagues as required Provide administration support for colleagues as requested and agreed with your line manager. This will include providing support for employer visits, progress reviews and exit meetings. As well as on-programme administration support to ensure colleagues can work efficiently and that activities are compliant Take an active role in agreed departmental projects as requiredTraining:
Business Administrator Level 3.
Whilst the majority of training will take place at work, there will be occasional attendance at workshops (Teams and in person) with the College.

Apprentices are always encouraged to apply for any permanent roles within Cirencester College and we regularly have jobs available.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (4pm on a Friday) which includes half an hour for lunch.
